Rules
- If someone in your party gets too intoxicated and does not stop after being cut off by the captain, your trip is over. No refunds will be given.
- All participants must sign a waiver before departing on the charter
- Group size is max 18 guests plus driver.
- Smoking is allowed. Please ask your captain where the smoking sections are located.
- Cleaning fee of $300 may be charged.
- Come early for your trip. The time you book is the time you get. We have 2 charters a day and will be unable to extend your trip. Please get to the marina at least 20 mins before your departure time. Your time slot is your time, and if you are late, it comes out of your time on the water.
